Mini Spring is almost 2 months old!
Our newest cohort of 1st and 2nd grade students joined the Spring family in mid-January. It has been wonderful to get to know these curious, energetic, funny, creative, and brilliant little Mini Springsters! We want to give you a chance to meet them, too. You’ll be seeing a lot more of these 16 cuties, but here’s an introduction:

Today is also our first day of spring break! We have great plans lined up and we’d love for you to sponsor a ticket to the St. Louis City Museum ($11), a packed lunch for a whole cohort on a college campus ($40), or the gas it takes Big Spring to get to Nashville ($100). Mini Spring will be taking local trips to get to know Clarksdale better: they’ll visit the Fire Station, the Court House, a local barber shop; and on Friday, they will tour Delta State University. Little Spring is embarking on a 3-day adventure to St. Louis tomorrow where they will visit the Science Center including the planetarium, the City Museum, and Washington University. Big Spring will head to Nashville on Wednesday to tour Vanderbilt University and explore the Adventure Science Center and the Parthenon. And this morning, Junior Spring did a germs escape game at Healthworks in Tupelo and then headed to Huntsville, Alabama, to see the NASA Space and Rocket Center. Tomorrow we’ll volunteer in a soup kitchen and go to a jump park. It’s a full week of learning and fun for us!
