It was written by Nelly, Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo and Charles L. Brown, and released in April, 2002. It won the Grammy Award for Best Male Rap Solo Performance, and in 2008 it was ranked No. 36 on VH1’s 100 Greatest Songs of Hip Hop.
