The first training at this new initiative between Chawla Hotels and Coahoma Community College is to develop front-line level employees in the hotel business. This includes front desk agents, housekeepers, quality control inspectors, as well as technical maintenance personnel.
Your training at the Academy will also work in developing individuals to work towards a career path in hotel management (in other words, a real career opportunity in a world of good paying jobs and career advancement is just waiting for you!)

Coahoma Community College Workforce Development has previously assisted with and implemented workforce training for the hotel/restaurant industry along with many other successful programs to prepare our current and future Mississippi Delta workforce.
