From WROX:
A GPS ankle bracelet led to the arrest of a third suspect in the attempted robbery and shooting of a Shelby man last month. Charlie Hardin was attacked by two men armed with a gun; he wrestled the gun away but in the struggle both he and one of the attackers were shot. 25-year-old Howard Harris was arrested at his Clarksdale home on Tuesday after police, acting on a tip, began investigating Harris. A court-ordered ankle monitor he was wearing placed him at the scene of the crime. Harris faces charges of aggravated assault, attempted armed robbery and possession of a weapon by a felon.
