Between Friday and Sunday Clarksdale police investigated two cases of grand larceny, a residential burglary and an aggravated assault. A GMC SUV was stolen from the 200 block of Boyd Street and a Jeep Grand Cherokee was taken from the 2400 block of Sixth Street. An air conditioner was reported stolen from a residence in the 800 block of Pecan Street and a female victim was hospitalized following an aggravated assault in the 2100 block of Mockingbird Street. Officers also responded to two calls of shots fired in the 600 block of Pecan Street over the weekend.
