Mississippi Economic Council president Scott Waller joined Clarksdale/Coahoma County Chamber of Commerce director Jon Levingston Tuesday to welcome about 50 business and community leaders to a lunch meeting in Clarksdale.  MEC serves as the Chamber of Commerce for the state; the gathering was to collect from the attendees about the Delta’s labor force, training and education opportunities.
