The Tennessee Williams Festival, Deep Blues Festival and “Cruzin’ the Crossroads” car and truck Show
It will be a busy weekend in Clarksdale as the 26th annual Tennessee Williams festival begins tonight with a dinner and dance party at the Cutrer (coo-TRAIR) Mansion. Tonight’s event is the only part of the festival that requires a paid ticket, everything else is free and open to the public. For a schedule of the weekend’s conferences and performances visit DeltaWilliamsFestival.com.
The Deep Blues Festival also begins a four-day run tonight with performances at the New Roxy Theatre and The Gin at the Shack-Up Inn, and tomorrow night classic cars and hot rods will parade through downtown to kickoff the 3rd annual “Cruzin’ the Crossroads” car and truck show. Information about all of these events is posted on the concert and community calendars at WROXRadio.com.
